Flexibility training helps improve the range of motion of your joints and muscles. Do you dream of splits? Maybe you just want to comfortably touch your toes? Our Flexibility Class can help you achieve all of this and more! This class will focus on different forms of flexibility training for everyone, so now you too can learn to bend without breaking!
